Same story as everyone here, except I didnt even actually sign up for the subscription myself.
Seems like my email account was hacked and someone signed up for an account with my name and address. I contacted the customer service as soon as I received an invoice, but they said « we are not responsible for how your data used » and refused to cancel the invoice or even to cancel the subscription.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Cancellation of the invoice and of the yearly subscription
