Mijn Klacht:
I and my colleague had an upset stomach after a salmon sandwich at Ikea Delft on Tuesday. In order to notify and prevent this from happening to other people, I made a complain. Ikea contacted me shortly and offered 15Eur voucher (referentienummer: 9068056). I was asked to go to an Ikea store to collect the voucher. I went and waited in line half an hour to receive the voucher however no luck. There was no priority for customer service with reference numbers and not enough employees working at the customer service. After years of satisfaction, I have to make my second complain in one week.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Vouchers can be sent directly to home address. There can be priority in the customer service for cases with reference numbers.
