Een klant van Hunkemoller in Hoofddorp ervoer slechte klantenservice na het kopen van kledingstukken in dubbele maten. Ondanks eerdere toezeggingen over retourmogelijkheden, werd de klant bij terugkomst in de winkel verteld dat retourneren niet mogelijk was zonder specifieke aantekening op de bon. De klant voelde zich niet goed behandeld door het personeel, dat als onbeleefd werd ervaren.

Mijn Klacht:

After i have been helped to buy double sizes and buy extra pieces online and from the store, because i had little time before our first vacation with our baby, and i was assured i can try the different pieces at home and return later the unwanted pieces; I went back to the shop within the 30 days to retun the unused pieces which did not fit me, only to hear that i cannot return them, unless it was noted on the receipt that i can. I was suggested to get the money in a gift card, but why would i want that, i need the money now, i speak English and i was not warned that i cannot return the pieces i buy. Otherwise why would i buy double sizes or pieces i am not sure about. This was not it, the staff in Hunkemoller Hoofddorp were very impolite, and the lady was not even wanting to explain anything, and was rolling her eyes like a bored teenage, i told her i was helped by your shop to buy extra pieces and i was assured i can return the unwanted pieces, she did not care and said yes they should have written on the receipts that you can return the products. This is the worst experience i had with a shop, service wise and policy wise, how can they be so impolite and ignorant, trick people to buy more than they need and not returning anything. It is almost like a scam.
