Mijn Klacht:
I have ordered PS4 from huisofelktro on 10th Novemeber, I paid my amount on the same day as per instructions from their email.
My order remains in Waiting payment, I have sent multiple emails to them and no response from them. There is no other customer Service mechanism except email and website. I have complained and asked for updates but no one responds to me.
I am very unhappy with their service and worst they took my money and not delivering the product
Gewenste Oplossing:
I need an explanation from them why they are not repsonding to my emails and why my product is not delivered even after 8 days
