I live in Amsterdam and use tram 4 times per day for my work….
But I experience this situation almost 2,3 times per week with Tram 13
1-On electronic board tram departure time is done but Mr. Driver and conductor they are still smoking and laughing out of the tram and they start their journey 3,4,5 minutes late than the scheduled time table!
We all passengers have to suffer at work,with rain and cold just because of their smoking
2-I have many many times experienced that air conditioner is on instead of heating….
Please advise your drivers to make sure that which button they are going to press…
This is almost punishment for us to stay in the tram 13 in cold weather!

Gewenste Oplossing:

Please check the heating system
And follow the time table
Just convey this to your drivers
