In answer on my mail from 08/12/2015 I want to report that I have received the remaing amount!
On the statement of expenditure of mastercard I found the return between the other expences.
Because the ending balance was negative I didn’t noticed the return for wich I apologize!
So, following complaint was unfairly.

Op 09/11/2015 ontving ik onderstaande mail. Tot op heden werd nog niets terugbetaald!

We are contacting you in reference to your car hire contract 8813215 from 02/11/2015 to 09/11/2015 to confirm that, as part of our Quick Return System (Flex Fuel), we have refunded the amount corresponding to the 2/8 of unused fuel.
The refund has been made to the same credit card you used for payment. Please remember that it may take a few days before this refund or the release of any deposit appears on your card statement. (This depends on your bank’s protocol and in some cases it may not appear until the next month’s statement).
