at 8 april i delivered car back at airport
i want tot complain about the money:
– at the airport your collegue asked if we wanted an extra insurance but we said 3 times no…because we had already insurance.
– at 1 or 4 april your compagny took 249.95 € from our Mastercard…and at 8 april we get a refund of 82 Euro back?
My question is: where is the other 168 euro ?? I tanked full and said clearly that we didn’t want extra insurance??
So I think that your collegue made FRAUD
How can we solve this?
I showed my contract already to a friend-laywer but wait for the moment
let me know as soon as possible what is the misunderstanding?
