Mijn Klacht:
Upon return of the car at Lisbon airport (FIAT 500), I was charged for 300 euros due to a 3 to 4cm scratch at the right front wheel. This is absurd. I rent cars 3 to 4 times a year during the past 25 years and I have never experienced anything like this.
Unfortunatelly I was in a rush to catch my plane and signed for the bill.Once in the Netherlands I decided to ask Goldcar for the picture of the damage (which was taken upon car returnal) to see the proof for the 300 Extra costs. They never reply. I sent various emails. The only reply I got so far was my invoice charges (which I already have). Can you please help?
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I receive the picture and can get some advice on the correct charges for such a small damage.
