Mijn Klacht:

Media Markt, in Rotterdam Centrum, sales person gave me 1 year contract period is mandatory. After 1 year, there was no penalty to move other energy supplier. Because i told him, i had to go back to my home country around end of Dec.2021. That means i would stay here less than 2 years. So, he said that there was no problem for you to use 1 year only.

But, the contract showed that 3 year contract.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want the contract period 1 year only. After 1 year, there should be no penalty in case of changing or moving to other energy supplier.

I do not want you to keep that kind of sales persons anymore in order not to have same problem to another person like me.
