Dear MadamSir,
I dispute the damage claim, with the following knowledge:
Due to my early flight there has been no check of the car with your personal in my presence
I don,t accept Photo’s that must have been taken hours later, it was still dark when I parked and left the car
There was absolute no damage when I returned the car.
What is reason that it took more then 4 months to come up with this ridiculous claim In january I rented another car at europcar and was planning to do that a lot more often this year.
I won’t agree with this claim, at this is a fundamenteel thing for me, when EuRopcar will proceed with this claim, I will call in my legal insurance to take over the matter.
I hereby give Europcar no permission to take any amount of my creditcard
