Mijn Klacht:

1. No proper communication from our project manager at [email protected]
2. No early date ation of delivery and still no ation of cupoard placement dates or curtain installation dates
3. No ation of work done or completed
4. No proper feedback or handling of complaints and concerns at ALL
5. No expert advise on things we might have missed that should be included in the offer or work to be done considering that they had access to the house at all time and access to the builder on site so could have flagged these things way earlier.
6. late changes to plans like cupboards changing- late measurements done
7. Extra charges bought in when we finally were ready and then some more charges due to some things never being flagged to be included in the offer and thus I could not prepare for it and due to late timings it is impossible to go with another supplier as everyone is booked full so now we are forced to pay whatever price for work that still needs to be completed because the company we thought would keep us informed- egeinhuis woonklaar did not double check the final quote with work to be done in the house and thus did not inform us about anything we missed out as they had access to the house and not us and by the time we were able to see that some things might not be included it was too late! This is exactly why I wanted to go with a professional company to avoid these types of thing but in the contrary we are now facing so much stress, lack of communication, tension, work to be done, dates not being shared and uncertainty when we move on 25 July

When I get what I asked for and they deliver what they promised which is apparently the following:

I want the house interior to be Finished - everything incl the wooden panels and trapkast, proper project management, good communication and no extra costs and expert advise!thats why we invested 40 000 Euros in this
