Mijn Klacht:
During the contract initiation, I have selected switch over service that Budget alles-in-1 provides. It was supposed to cancel my previous contract and start the new one. Such a surprise they did not do that. I have realized when my old provider still serving internet even after the day I have been using Budget Internet. Asking to the Budget phone support did not help either. It is shame that they do not accept and pay the double cost occurred due their obvious fault
Gewenste Oplossing:
They should pay the old provider cost per month - 50eur
