Mijn Klacht:
On the Media Markt website it says that if you order something before 22:00 it will be delivered to your adress the day after.
Not really…
Not only did I have to take a day off to sit and wait for “the day after” delivery but also I’ve been lied and fooled around by several phone operators of the Media Markt…One saying that the order was processed after 22:00 and that that is the reason – or better say “my own fault” which was not true since I got an email conformation that it was 21:30 when they received the order. Afterwards the same employe changed its story to – “there was a delay with us”. The other phone operator told me that indeed there was a delay but that the package is with Post NL and they can’t influence the delivery time anymore. But when I called Post NL they said it’s not with them yet…mess mess mess…and all they can do is hipnotically mumble “I’m sorry ma’m”….I cant take this day back based on their I’m sorry, and I certainly do not feel like taking another day off to wait for thier delivery.
The bigger these companies are the smaller they make you feel. No respect any more at all, no effort to solve the problem…only “I’m sorry ma’m”…
Gewenste Oplossing:
It would be only fair if Media Markt offers a compensation for the delivery delay (which was caused by them) or send those delayed packages as an express post. I'm sorry ma'm is by far not enough, and not going to bring back wasted day off from my work - which costs nearly as much as the product I ordered.
