Mijn Klacht:
I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding a recent issue with the handling of my package.
Despite providing correct contact details, I was never contacted while my package was in transit. As a result, I was not given any opportunity to receive or collect it. Without any prior notice or communication from PostNL, the package was returned to the private sender.
I previously reached out MULTIPLE times to your customer service about this issue but have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. The matter was handled rather unfriendly.

This has caused inconvenience and unnecessary delay, and I would appreciate your urgent attention to the matter. I kindly request that PostNL take responsibility for the lack of communication and either return the package to me or cover the cost of reshipping it.

Gewenste Oplossing:
I want Post NL to take full responsibility and cover the cost of a reshipment.
The package was sent by a private person and we had covered the cost of the shipment. It would only be unfair to make us or the sender pay for another delivery, after PostNL didn’t manage to contact us or the sender.
