Mijn Klacht:
Terrible company and the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. They sent a children’s bike with broken/damaged and missing parts, but refused to accept that anything was wrong with it and wouldn’t take it back or replace it without me paying shipping costs of 40 Euros. The customer service was awful and unhelpful, just constantly saying there was no problem rather than try to help the customer. I still don’t have my money back because they refuse to accept a return without me paying shipping costs even though they sent a defective product. This company are frauds and con artists, don’t give them any business. You can’t even leave a review on their website anymore to warn others, their high rating is a scam and artificial don’t believe the fake reviews, lots of people have had the same problem as me.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I get a full refund without having to pay any extra costs myself
