Mijn Klacht:

I bought an air condition in Media markt Amsterdam Arena. I was informed this product can’t refund once open, thats why I checked with sales very carefully for 30 minutes. I told her my window is very big, i don’t know if the boards fit the window. Sales insured that has no problem, surely fits. With her promise, I bought it. it is 399 euro. When i opened the package, the boards only cover half window. I complaint to media markt, they didn’t deny sales mislead customer, but they can’t refund money. That behavior is not acceptable, it was cheating customer. Customer has the right to get sufficient information about product then decide to buy or not. While sales only want to make deal and offered wrong information it is a serious problem. Later on Media markt realized they made mistake, but still refused to refund money that the second mistake.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want to refund full amount of money 399 euro for the air condition.
