Mijn Klacht:
Dear Marika,
I am sending you a screenshot of the invoice H6604233919 of the rental car.
Total amount estimated at 374,82 and they are overcharging me.
I also enclosed my agreement with you and as you can see the only costs I had to pay when picking up the car would be 124 euro (approx 185 canadian dollars).
Only fuel should be an additional cost and you can see on enclosed picture how much fuel was missing when I returned the car (on top of invoice car H6604233919 the person behind the desk wrote down the milage when car was returned).
I informedT the person behind the desk about the overcharging but I would need to speak with the manager about this. The manager wasnt there so he asked me to write down my emailaddress and the manager would contact me within 24 hours by email : [email protected] but he never did.
Now they charged me on my mastercard for 342,48 canadian dollars but I do not agree with this as they are overcharging me.
I only should be charged for 124 euro (approx 185 canadian dollars) for the GPS and for GAS so I want a refund for the other charges.
Ik heb ze diverse malen gemaild en op mijn laatste mail van 28-10-2018 heb ik alleen een mail gehad dat mijn case heropend is en daarna niets meer
Gewenste Oplossing:
Als ik het afgesproken bedrag van 124 euro benzinekosten voor voltanken bij aflevering zou moeten betalen en dus een refund op mijn creditkaart krijgen van het teveel betaalde bedrag.
