Mijn Klacht:
Stil no release of reservation of 1250,00 Euro after 6 days.
Charge of fuel to high without discussion possible.
Have used approx 200 km fuel and a full tank is charged with handling costs. Total amount 106,40 Euro.
On my reservation form is a message that we have to pay 35,00 Euro on the desk in Spain.
