Mijn Klacht:
I have cancelled 3 bookings for March and April, duly and properly done. As yet, I have not received my deposits and payments back. An extra transaction was processed by them, I do not know what for. On the website, there is no contact details. These are tough times all around, but the monies must be paid as agreed.
