Mijn Klacht:

I ordered alcohol gel on February 28th with an extra shipping fee of 15 euro as they said I’d receive them by March 5, 2020. I haven’t heard from Carethy since I made purchase and of course there was no delivery passed the due date. I had to send several messages via their contact formula till I got a reply saying the products I’ve ordered weren’t available. Why did you say they were available and promised to delivery it on a specific day with an extra fee if it wasn’t available? Then after many emails I’ve sent asking to cancel my order and get a refund, they finally replied and said they’d send me an alternative “Carethy brand hand gel” without asking my opinion. I refused and asked again and again for a refund. Finally in March 20, they agreed to cancel my order and promised a refund within 14 days. Of course it never happened and no news from them. I keep sending messages to ask for a refund, now hey say they have technical problems to make it happen and they are working on it, it was April 15th. Since the beginning, I had to be the one who contacted them, otherwise they’ve never contacted me about any updates or anything at all. And they just keep making whatever excuses to delay the refund.

Gewenste Oplossing:
