Mijn Klacht:

A few weeks ago I have made a reservation on booking.com. unfortunately I haven’t got the email with reservation number but the money have been taken from my account so I was sure everything went OK and my email got lost between spam. At the airport i called the hotel to make sure I still have the reservation (due to amount which has been taken from my bank account). Then I realised someone canceled the reservation and I have no place to stay. Quickly I made a new reservation which cost me more money (the same apartment at the same property). I got in touch with booking but they didn’t finalise the case. I got my money for the first reservation back but the second one was more expensive. I am only expecting them to pay me the difference.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I will be ok if the difference between the bookings will be returned to me.
