Mijn Klacht:
I notified Budget Alles In 1, almost a month in advance to move my alles-in-1 package to my new address. I did it on my account in their page as it is described. I’ve moved in my new apartment yesterday and still no internet nor TV access. I sent several emails to fix it, however their customer service has no idea what to do. It is sad to see that they are super limited to help their customers. I’ve tried to call them, but the moment I dial ‘3’ for internet support, the phone is hung up. No real CS agent is responding you.
I’m working from home and internet at home is must for me. In my account, it still shows my previous address although my moving date is April 29. They claims that they will send me an email when my package is moved. However, I received no email about moving my package so far in which I should get it latest yesterday.
Due to this issue, they ruined my work routine. Horrible experience so far.
Stay away from this company.
