Mijn Klacht:
I started to use Budget Internet at 28-1-2021. According to the contract it should be 100mbps (85) but since first it was max 19mbps and upload speed 0/4 mbps. I called to costumer service several times to fix it and after 10 days they accepted to send a mechanic from KPN for it. I stayed home and he came but couldn’t solve the problem. Now they say I canceled the appointment and I should stay home again for an another mechanic. I live alone and I can’t use my vacation hours more for them. Plus there is not guaranty that issue being solved or not. In this period I couldn’t use tv and missed or disconnected during online courses and meetings.they are not supposed to make it up or probably fix the problem or give my money back or even cancel the contract.
Gewenste Oplossing:
As soon as possible 85mbps download speed and 20mbps upload speed and official apologies, or canceling the contract and pay money back and compensation for my missed course and meeting and using 8 hours from my vacation hours.
