Mijn Klacht:

ik werd 10 keer doorgeschakeld van agent naar agent (10 keer!!!), allemaal opnieuw vragen ze naar mijn klacht, terwijl ze konden terug scrollen en de geschiedenis lezen. Uiteindelijk niet geholpen, het was te grappig voor woorden!

ik heb uiteindelijk de chat moeten sluiten omdat ze me na die 10 keer nog steeds bleven doorverbinden en ben de tel kwijt geraakt…
