Mijn Klacht:
Experienced very bad service and did not have the feeling of “care” more a feeling of DIY. Iphone got stuck abroad and asked for replacement. Communication from abroad was very difficult and internet access dit not function properly. Asked for temp replacement in order for me to get home and from there to organise the repair. No help at all. In the end just had to buy a new iphone as only this would ensure for me quick replacement.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Als ik de ten onrechte aangeschafte iphone gecompenseerd krijg.
