Mijn Klacht:

I bought a ticket from Berlin to Amsterdam for 23-06-2019 by easyJet via eDreams plus an cancellation insurance for any reason.
I called eDreams 6 days before the travel datum and one of the employees on the telephone told me I have to call easyJet my self Although I told hem I have an cancellation insurance and I bought the ticket with your company I find very strange and he told me that I have to call my self and send eDream the cancellation from easyJet.
I called easyJet and I asked for an conform cancellation and they said I will receive it between 15 days and never possible at them moment.
After 15 Days I called eDreams because I didn’t hear any things from both company. They told me on the telephone that I will not get any money back because I called easyJet my self. Moreover the lady on the telephone was not friendly at all. And she said I cant help you and maybe I could contant the help center by there website or there app (about eDreams). I also did what She said and I didn’t get any reaction.
I study and work in the travel branch and never happened to me something like this. what a disappointed company.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like to receive refund of the ticket that I cancelled.
