Mijn Klacht:
Ah in centrumpassage in Capelle ad Ijssel. I asked a worker if today wasa truck delivered to ah,he said there was no truck and probably tomorrow but around place looked container arrived. Its all because of bertolli pasta with garlic tatse was empty and not available,its in the bonus programma it should be filled!!!! Either he lied to me or sent me 2 houses further.
Asked another worker if truck arrived,manager tall with glasses heard me and asked if the houdbaar truck was here,i didnt know how to translate houdbaar,intold him about pasta sauce,asked him many times was the truck today,he didnt answer,he stand very close to me,atittude was not nice of him and without sorry or nuce evening saying he just left. If i was a dutch man he would say something nice i felt little bit discriminated. Not the first time that the workers have bad attitude because i speak english. Now my evening is spoiled cause if this albert heijn .

There was no solution. Disapointed and rude from them
