I made a contract with Budget Alles in 1 two months ago.
My internet took almost 1.5 months to be active. I called the customer service. I was informed by the person on the line that there was a disturbance 220m from my house and that a technician would be sent. Nothing else. No personal appointments with me, no asking me to have the technician over.
I was home the whole day and nobody came – which is logical because the deal was that a street box with a disturbance would be fixed. This made no difference. I had to call customer service again and have an actual technician come to my place. Both times I was assured I wouldn’t incur in costs, the first because it was not with me, the second as long as the installation wouldn’t make the connection himself, but would just make sure the connection on the wall was fine.
Now you want to charge me for the fixing of the street box. Your customer service refuses to do anything. I’m not gonna pay for a disturbance in your network.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'm not gonna pay for the disturbance in the network that happened 220m from my house. Plus I was home all day and if the installator was supposed to come to my house he would have. The email says he tried to call and nobody picked up which is a lie.
I want this charge to be dropped. I'm a new customer who didn't have internet for a long time to begin with and now I'm being charged almost two months of connection for your mistake. This won't happen.
