Ordered and paid for top matrass 27th October website said direct delivery. finally managed to contact then and was told delivery 12th November immediately cancelled order. Numerous emails regarding refund till 17th November and still they come back with administration will deal with it soon. Useless company both in communication and lack of decency for their customers.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When the € 179,55 has been refunded to our account.
