Mijn Klacht:
I called internationally by mistake several times, so I called Vodafone to let them know. They said the only solution is to sell me an International Minutes Bundle but I wasn’t happy about this and couldn’t understand why they had to sell it to me and not just give me a cheaper rate. I said I wanted to end my contract so I was transfered to find out when my contracted ended which is at the end of the year. I had to call back and say to go ahead and add the bundle so I can at least save some money. I then saw that they only sold me the option to block all international calls but not the bundle like I had asked for. I called back to say that they made a mistake so they refunded the money for that but refused to add the minutes bundle. They told me I’m lying and will listen to the phone calls and that will take 8 weeks, so I have waited but still no contact over this. So I called back today and still they tell me that I rejected their heartfelt one-time offer so there is nothing they can do. Of course I didn’t reject their offer, of course I want to lower my bill, who wouldn’t?! They are playing games for whatever reason and don’t want to give me the bundle to reduce my bill. They want to extend my 2 year contract in December but I don’t want to after being treated like this. No thanks!
Gewenste Oplossing:
When they refund the full amount and give me something extra for the bad feelings as well as an apology for calling me a liar instead of taking responsibility for their misunderstanding and mistakes.
