Mijn Klacht:
I have sent them the proof documents in December after the action started. Since there was no reaction after few weeks. I sent them 2 emails to check if they did receive the post but no reply. As there were 2 series number prints on the packaging so I resent it by post again by the end of January.
They sent me email now that they could not process my claim because the proof documents received too late.
Similar thing happened before so i believe Philips did not handle their cash back actions properly.
