Mijn Klacht:
I sent in February 2015 the receipt of my purchase stamped by the customs for VAT refund as I live outside the EU, but never received it. I sent several requests again to different email addresses from Mediamarkt but never got any response. It is impossible to log a complaint on the MediaMarkt website.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'll be glad once I have received the VAT amount as specified on the attached purchase document.
