Mijn Klacht:
12.03 I’ve got a new iPhone as a renewal of contract.
Unfortunatelly, the phone was broken (not accepting any sim cards).
One call to Vodafone customer service and they told me to send the phone back and then I’ll get a new one.
The phone has been sent via insured package and they got it next day, 14.03 (Saturday).
For next couple of days there was no feedback from Vodafone. Few my calls in this period and every time I’ve heard, ok, we’re sending a new phone. Still nothing.
After one of the calls, last week I’ve got called by Vodafone with confirmation, that they got my phone (wow! Almost 2 weeks passed).
And asked me if I want to cancel my contract or get a new phone.
Of course – I wanted a new phone. “Ok, we will send a new one then”.
Till today – no phone, no calls.
I’ve called the customer service today and ….
Still no one knows what’s going on. They told me to contact Dynafix (!?).
What? I was supposed to get a new phone not a repaired one!
At Dynafix I didn’t get also any information.
Does anyone at Vodafone know where is my phone and what to do?
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'd like to get my new phone or the contract to be cancelled, since I don't get the service as signed.
