Mijn Klacht:
I went to oudewater Jumbo where i asked a young lady named Linda the personnel to help me as i couldn’t want and had to walk with two sticks in my hand. She said she will send someone and nobody came for 15 mins and i could see her just smiling and talking to colleagues on the side. Later i walked limpingly and picked my groceries in a heavy bag myself and then a girl came by do u want help .
I felt so terrible and extremely discriminated with the attitude of your personnel. Kindly ask them to get back to me .
Gewenste Oplossing:
i need compensation for my insult and being laughed at my situation and no help provided.
