Mijn Klacht:
I’m wating for almost 4 weeks for refunds from vinted. Twice order was canceled by seller. Vinted ed issues and assured refunds. First should have received on 20 Dec.i haven’t and contacted vinted, they asked me to send bank sheets to prove haven’t received. I did. They ed the issues but then closed the case. And didn’t receive anything yet. Second refund should have received last week and also nothing. Spent hours trying to find a way to connect with them, but can’t. Booth refunds are 230 euros
Gewenste Oplossing:
I just want to be refunded asap. Also would love that they give a contact for/ when issues
