Mijn Klacht:
The original problem: Four years ago I went to a Vodafone shop in Arnhem. The young man refused to finalize the contract under pretext that I had no Dutch passport — which was wrong because that is only an issue when the telephone is included in the contract, and I wanted to pay for it in cash. I went home and made a contract online — within days, I had the phone and the SIM. But four years later, I realized that, in parallel with the working contract, I have been charged monthly fees for the contract that was never finalized and acted upon.
The claim: The dead account has been cancelled now, but obviously I’d like to have the money back.
The actual problem: Customer service suggested that I file a complaint over the web page, where I got too short, unhelpful, and rather rude responses — ultimately, they sent me back to the customer services, where a more polite lady connected me to a non-existent number. So this leads nowhere, which made me turn to klacht.nl
Gewenste Oplossing:
Get back the money collected for a non-existent service over a non-finalized contract.
