Changed the internet to Budget Alles in 1 last year via EigenHuis. Since then the internet connection keeps on breaking. Spoke several times with them, have now the third modem and the issue of dropping internet persists.
Monteur was supposed to come this morning between 8 – 12. Nobody showed up. Called at 12.30, after 10min in the queue I got to hear that the monteur was here at 8.30 but nobody was at home – what a freaking joke! I was at home the entire time!!!
My doorbell doesn’t work, so I had a sticker on the door that it doesn’t work. Supposedly there was no sticker, the monteur supposedly knocked and supposedly called.
Nobody knocked and nobody called!!! No idea what happened to the sticker. I was actually in the kitchen which is next to the door, but I didn’t see anyone at my door in the morning!!! There was no radio on, I wasn’t on a call, so there was no background noise preventing me from hearing any knocking. It’s a quiet neigbourhood and this not a 500m2 mansion where you don’t hear anyone knocking at the door.
Surprisingly enough, all other people/monteurs/delivery guys etc are able to knock properly even when there is no sticker on the door…
Now they refuse to make a new appointment unless I pay for it. What kind of idiotic service is this??? They deliver internet that keeps on breaking and have the clients pay on top for it?! Great business model.
Please have them fix my internet ASAP without any additional costs. With the previous provider I did not have an issue once over a multi-year contract period. With Budget it’s a freaking joke!

Gewenste Oplossing:
properly working internet as per contract - I didn't sign a contract for internet that keeps on breaking, sometimes 4 - 5 times a day! I did NOT sign up for non-existing service!
