Mijn Klacht:
whenever you ask anything to this company the only and the basic answer you get is NO and why you can not have it.
I have shifted my subscription from Ziggo to them but the worst decision I have ever made.
The company haven’t delivered the package to me, but instead started my subscription and deducting direct debit from my account.
When you call them to ask to send the package again extra money, when you ask them at least restart my subscription from the delivery of the package, the answer is No as usual.
Additionally, you have to stay on the line at least for 5 minutes for each and every question of yours for the call center employee to take ation from someone else.
Last but not least, when you want to cancel your subscription without even being delivered for the tools, you have to pay the whole contract amount to them as a fine which was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard.
All they are doing is taking you in and keep you in the system by bullying.
For this very reason beware of the services of Budget Alles in-1

Gewenste Oplossing:
1- Cancel my subscription without any fine and pay the amount which has already been deducted from my account 39 EUR.
2- Send me a new package and restart my subscription from the date of delivery of the new package!
