Klacht: No internet for 7 days and no proper solution provided

Mijn Klacht:

Due to malfunction in several households, internet and phone dropped. Website constantly shows incorrect information on the status of the malfunction. I have been calling them almost every day and only get the same questions (to follow the tricks mentioned in the website) and only at 7 days they mention to book an appointment with a technician- which will take another 3 days. I am working from home using phone data and they don’t seem to care; furthermore, they have been trying to sell me their mobile phone services instead few times instead of looking into the issue properly.

I have told them today they better deduct these days from the monthly invoice- no reply on that whatsoever. I pay 69 euros a month!

I never had any big problem in many years, but now I am very close to switch to other provider.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I need a technician coming much earlier than in 3 days and internet back asap
