Mijn Klacht:
On 2 dec 2017 I placed an order to Wish and paid : €50,35 with ideal but then it showed an error had occured on the payment and to please try again – I did so also using the promocode which was correct – the amount for this 2nd attempt was €44.42 – but the 1st attempt of this order for €50,35 was also deducted by worldpay from my bank – and also the 2nd attempt of €44,42 – therefore I wish for Worldpay to refund me €50,35 which Wish are saying they never received.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I wish to get a refund of the payment of €50,35 which was deducted from my account but never received by Wish.
