Mijn Klacht:
I am amazed how difficult is to get in touch with the company. I am outside the Netherlands and there is no opportunity to call them as they only offer an overpriced hotline, which can only be reached from the Netherlands. Further they don’t reply on mails. so for me it is currently IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them- Really disappointing the service.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'd be satisfied if they put a better focus on customer service and reply within a certain amount of hours maximum 2 days.
