Mijn Klacht:
I have a €1400 credit to have refunded for flights booked via vliegtickets.nl from Ams to NY in August. From June this year when the flights were cancelled I have been assured by vliegtickets that I will receive a refund. Up to September They were answering my emails within a week or thereabouts and since then nothing. Before then, they replied to my mails each time with different information relating to the refund receipt date. The very final day I should’ve received my refund was 13th October as advised by vliegtickets in conjunction with British Airways new
refund guideline. I never received my refund on this date and have been sending vliegtickets.nl reminder mails for information since 13th October but there is just silence now from their side. I am beyond frustrated!!!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
When I receive the refund for the money I paid vliegtickets back in my account.
