Mijn Klacht:

I have purchased tickets for U2 on the 8th of October in Amsterdam. I paid 595.34 euros for the tickets and I will only receive 438.74 euros in return as I cannot attend the event.
on top of this the money will only be refunded 10 business days after the event. This is unacceptable.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I would like the money returned in full straight away!
