Mijn Klacht:

I bought a ticket for a concert in Amsterdam en I did not get any ticket, no answer from help desk. Nothing. I got the information that the ticket will be send to email 1 hour before concert but did not get any ticket, nothing. They have no respect for clients..the situation I was it is awful… I hope they will pay me back the money I paid for ticket…

My money back for ticket and travel expenses.
