Mijn Klacht:

Company called to sell their Ouders van Nu subscription. Could not talk to them. Asked them to email me their offer out of politeness. They subscribed me the magazine, as it seems. I have only realized it when I received the invoice to pay for it, including with a ‘threat’ that I would be charged an additional 7.50 if I did not pay asap. This is not compliant with distant sales regulation as they do not have my acceptance. No one picks up at the customer care line.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I request the entire subscription to be cancelled. i do not intend to pay anything for a magazine I did not order. I will report company to the Dutch regulators otherwise.
