Mijn Klacht:
Because the dutch section of PayPal is not helping to solve the problem, I write to you.
The situation:
The 15th of august this year I bought an item from Badlands in the UK 16,24 GPP or € 21,02.
At that moment I had no saldo on the PayPal account, so I transferred € 50 from my bank account to PayPal.
But payment to Badlands did not happen. A while later PayPal transferred via incasso € 21,02 from my bank account.
So my saldo PayPal was € 71,02.
I tried to pay to Badlands but used the wrong e mail address and seller account ( Jump travel). This money got back.
So the saldo must be € 71,02 again. No payment follows to Badlands.
So after contact with the sellar I canceled the first order and made a new one, now the payment went smoothly on the 27th of august.
My saldo should be € 71,02 minus € 21.02 ( 16,24 GBP) = € 50. But is not, it is € 28, 83
The dutch section do if they don.t understand what is the problem, they are clearly not capable and do not even respond to my question any more.
I will ask you to take measures to solve my problem whatb is also a PayPal problem.
