Mijn Klacht:

Now that tram 24 is out of service I’m paying for a service that is not acceptable. Tram 5 always full as it goes through all the tourist areas but especially evenings …I get on at stadion weg and am usually jammed up against the door until Leidseplein where a lot get out ..usually no place to sit all the way to central station ! After working all day the last thing I want is to be sat in a hot tram pushed up against the door! When it’s busy there’s sometimes 4 strollers in the middle! Which is unacceptable and unsafe! But also aggrivating for people trying to get on/off. Not only is it always full but it’s absolutely disgusting…even if a seat was available you’d rather stand as its do dirty!! Tram 16 is not running more often since 24 is out of service ! It was 15 minutes late on Thursday 26th may so that too was jam packed with stressed out people…I was late picking kids up from school and just thought….this is what I’m paying for!? An unreliable service that can’t even afford to pay for an uplift on Amsterdams most used service! Replace the chairs……I’m begging! Give us a service worth paying for!!!

Gewenste Oplossing:

When they're on time....the new trams are comfortable, clean and have an extra GVB worker in the middle to make sure there's room for 2 strollers etc
