Mijn Klacht:

We planned to visit Netherland on November 2019 and booked 3 days at Hotel The Neighbour’s Magnolia between 11-11 July 2020. However our flight from Turkey to Netherland has been cancelled due to Coronovirus. Also Netherland Government is maintaining 14 days quarantine to people coming to Netherland from Turkey. So since we are unable to get there we requested to refund from Hotel Magnolia but they reject our claim. How do they suppose to us get there? Despite all of this news and current circumstances, it is not a friendly behavior not to refund our booking. They may have a good room or good location etc. but acting in good faith is more important. Every person should consider this when they are going to book at Hotel The Neighbour’s Magnolia.

Gewenste Oplossing:

We request from them to refund our paid amount fully.
