Een klant van Kruidvat in Amsterdam ervoer onvrede over de verplichting om een grote plastic tas aan te schaffen na de aankoop van drie grote artikelen. De kassière weigerde om drie kleine gratis tassen te geven, wat de klant als frustrerend en onterecht beschouwde, aangezien eerdere aankopen zonder problemen waren verlopen.

Mijn Klacht:

Hi,

I just purchased three big items from Kruidvatstore in Rembrandtplein, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Each item was big enough to fit into just one small free plastic bag. I am a usual customer and I have never experienced any problems in Kruidvat before. But this time, the cashier obliged me to purchase a big plastic bag because she was not allowed to give me three small bags. And I paid for the bag. But it really annoyed me as a customer because I just made such purchases many times before from Kruidvat and had never experienced such a problem. For just three pieces I needed to pay extro cost for the bag.
If i had purchased them in three different times she was going to give me a plastic bag for my each purchase but I was punished because of a bigger purchase at once and needed to pay an extra cost for the bag.

As a customer I feel really upset and angry. And I am wondering if this is the real policy of Kruidvat or it is just cashier’s fault

Because I told what happened to her collague and I wanted my money back and she said yes of course and we went to cash together to replace the big bag with three small ones and she was going to pay my money back but the first cashier (about whom this complaint is about) did not allow her and she said again she is only allowed to give me just one small bag. But if I purchased them in three different times than she was going to give me three different bags. And it is obvious that I am right since her collague tried to give my money back.

So this approach of her is very unkind and upsetting.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want to be sure that I will not experience the same problem again. Because I go to that store very often and I do not want to give up shopping from Kruidvat because of an unkind cashier. And it would be great if she is seriously warned about not to do it again to any customer.
And furthermore It would be very kind of Kruidvat if my money for the plastic back is given back to me againts receipt of the bag. It is not because of money but because of looking for my rights as a customer.
