As your customer for a good 6 years, I am awfully disappointed. I wanted to extend my contract with you with a new iPhone, and as usual, you do not let foreign people have contracts above 10 euros (!!!) without a Dutch document or The permit. Let me tell you, that none of the European countries required to have a permit to stay in the Netherlands – what you’re asking of foreign people here, is pretty much nationalist, but I would go further as well… Not speaking of the fact that when I asked for your help 2 years ago, there was no issue about this – I was able to provide other documents which prove very much the same thing – I live here, I have a permanent contract. I will not request a document for 100 euros and wait 3 months just to be able to stay your customer… Huge, huge disappointment.
If you want to make this right, contact me as soon as possible.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Would be nice if Tele2 could come to their senses and let existing customers continue their contract IF their liability is proven with already existent legal documents.
